Big Splash is Chris List's marketing agency for churches, based in Georgetown, Texas. This page covers the Front Door Audit form at bigsplash.video/frontdoor and the church pages at bigsplash.video/church.
The information the audit form collects
- Your church's name and address.
- Your church's website, plus its Instagram handle if you add it.
- Your name and role.
- Your email, plus your cell phone number if you add it.
- Your answers about Sunday attendance and how often your church posts on Facebook.
- Whether you checked the box to get texts.
- The page you came from and the ad campaign tags in its address.
Our use of it
We use your church's details to run the audit. The audit looks your church up on Google and opens your website on a phone. For Texas churches it also counts the households nearby. We use your contact details to send your scorecard and a few short follow-up emails from our team over the next week, and to reply if you write back. We keep a record of your request so our team can follow up on it.
Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the audit. GoHighLevel stores your contact details and sends our emails and texts. Our team keeps notes on each request in ClickUp and Slack. Google sees your church's name and address during the audit. Anthropic's Claude writes the plain-language notes on your scorecard from the audit results.
If we turn on the Meta or Google ad tags on these pages, they record visits and a finished audit request so we can measure our ads. They do not receive what you typed into the form.
Texts
Big Splash texts you only if you checked the box on the form and gave a cell number. You will get up to 2 texts about your audit: your scorecard link, and a note a couple of days later with a link to book a call with our team. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
